This week-long course provides an intensive review of the Body of Knowledge modules, and an opportunity to complete the multiple-choice exam at the end of the training. Completion of the Accreditation Academy and a successful passing grade of the onsite exam, will result in the Certified Member (C.M) designation.

(QAA) Quality Assurance Auditing -  July 10-11 - Fort McMurray International Airport

This 3- day training session covers the implementing of a Quality Assurance Program as part of a Safety Management System in an airport environment. Participants will learn the regulatory requirements and how to implement a system that meets or exceeds them. It will allow for airport personnel with little to no auditing experience to learn how to conduct an internal audit and the more experienced auditors will pick up some nuances that may improve their auditing effectiveness. This course will also introduce concepts of system design to allow for trending and continuous improvement in processes.  Members: $600    Non-Members: $700

(BAWOS) Basic Airport Winter Operations Specialist - August 12-13 - Pearson International Airport

The Airport Winter Operations Specialist….. (Snow Academy - Canadian Edition) course educates airport employees, including snowplow and airport equipment operators on how to utilize best practices while performing snow and ice control measures at airports during winter operations.

TP312 - September 23-25 -  Kelowna International Airport
Participants will develop a working knowledge of Canadian aerodrome standards and recommended practices as well as the related regulatory requirements. Actual issues will be shared and combined with practical scenarios. Independent open book exercises along with group exercises will develop solutions for increasingly complex problems. Participants will depart with an understanding of what is required to attain and maintain airport certification. Member $1000  NonMember $1100
