Quality Assurance Auditing – April 29-30 – Regina Airport

Cover the basics of implementing a Quality Assurance Program as part of a Safety Management System in an airport environment. Understand the regulatory requirements and how to implement a system that meets or exceeds them. Give your airport personnel with little to no auditing experience confidence in conducting an internal audit and address the resulting corrective action.  Experienced auditors will pick up some nuances that may improve their auditing effectiveness.
