IAAE Canada Email Scam Warning It has come to our attention that a 'phishing email' was sent under the iaaecanada.org domain last week. This was not sent by the Board or Staff at IAAE Canada. Phishing is the fraudulent attempt to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords and credit card details by disguising as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication. If you receive an email from any address other than; headquarters@iaaecanada.org, michelle@iaaecanada.org or jmauro@iaaecanada.org, please do not open it and delete it immediately. Unfortunatley, someone has spoofed (pretended to be) our email address. “info@” is a common email address and who ever sent this just chose your domain to add to that. Unfortunately this is not something that we are able to control. Thank your for your understanding and continued support. Michelle M. Cretzman |
